The site of this company impressed me with a bright interface, as their site is really nice and it catches an eye. So, I decided to order the paper here. I required the paper with specific themes and with the analysis. Yes, I received the paper before the deadline, but the paper didn’t meet my requirements at all! I have told them an author of the book, but they didn’t use it! When I asked them about this issue, they told me that they according to their Terms and Conditions, the writer can use the other relevant book in case if he cannot find the required book. And this was done without any notification!

I understood that I simply will not pass with this paper, so I requested a revision. They delivered the paper before the deadline again, but again, it was not the paper I requested. Also, I have not received a refund, as the administrator told me that according to their Terms and Conditions, all their products are not refundable, and they offer no guarantees. Shame on me, that I didn’t read their Terms and Conditions before placing an order. I simply trusted the support agent, who has told me that they have 100 money back guarantee.
